To the front of the property there is a small patio area paved with Indian sandstone. To the rear, the garden consists of two areas measuring 16' x 7' 10 and 17' 5 x 19', also paved with Indian sandstone slabs. In the far left-hand corner of the rear garden there is a fitted breeze block and wooden storage shed. There is a gate to the rear providing access to a single garage en-bloc, there is an external water tap by the rear door.
